Given our success in working together two years ago on a Vice President of Underwriting search for Conventus Inter-Insurance Exchange, I was confident in your ability to produce qualified professional liability candidates on our recent search for a Group Captive Division President.

What stands out in terms of how you conducted the search was how thorough you were in your original research, which resulted in a large number of experienced candidates in a very short period of time. You created a big funnel. I have found that the more specialized the field, the more likely that you have to do original research. When you have to do original research, it takes a significant amount of time and can really impact the length of the process.
